Mondays 7-8pm CST – Compassionate Communication
Has anyone realized that people don’t always do what you want them to do, when you want them to do it, in the way that you prefer? Join us to learn how to navigate the more challenging relationships in your life whether this is at work, with friends or family. I am a certified trainer in Nonviolent Communication and so I will be teaching the practices from Marshall Rosenberg’s amazing book Nonviolent Communication. I am also certified in Resonant Healing with Sarah Peyton and you can learn more by buying her book Your Resonant Self. Both modalities will be taught and practiced in our Thursday afternoon group.
Thursdays 4:30-5:30pm CST – Mindful Habit Change Class
This class assumes that you are using the Eat Right Now, Unwinding Anxiety, or Craving To Quit digital applications. We follow a flipped classroom model where you are expected to be learning the curriculum through the app on your own through the 10-minute daily lessons that are there, and I field questions and we work through any difficulties people are having with changing habits.
Thursdays 7:30-9pm – Enneagram Studies Group
Do you know what the Enneagram is? It is an ancient tool that has been used for self-knowledge, growth and exploration. To learn more and start learning about what type you might be visit my friend Sterlin’s website at www.empathyarchitects.com/theenneagram and then go to the FREE RESOURCES tab and take his 40 minute self-assessment to get a sense of your type. After that, ask for access to the pre-recorded Introduction To the Enneagram class that I have in an online library for you to view at your own pace. I have created ten ten hours of content that will give you the basics. After finishing this online class, email me and I will start sending you the link to the Enneagram Studies Group where we go much deeper with the teachings. If you like to read, first read The Wisdom of the Enneagram by Russ Hudson and Don Riso and the read Enneagram Through The Ages by Damian Russell.
