Dr. Nance and Heidi are both well-versed in women’s health issues. Whether you are contemplating pregnancy, need a pap smear, sexually transmitted disease screenings, or contraception, we’re here to help. Dr. Nance and Heidi are also well-educated about menopause and can prescribe medications and offer advice on how to navigate the changes that are occurring during this part of life. We are not OB/GYN, which means that we do not insert IUDs, perform colposcopy or LEEP procedures for HPV infections, or deliver babies or perform surgeries. If these options become necessary, we can refer you to well-respected specialists in the area. We also do not offer hormone pellet therapy or specialize in the hormones offered by compounding pharmacies.
